Organizational Culture Statement

The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage is committed to supporting excellence in creative production and our grantees’ extraordinary artistic contributions to the many communities of Greater Philadelphia. We believe that systemic inequities must be recognized, illuminated, and addressed, and we operate from a perspective of mutual respect that affirms our individual differences and our common humanity.

As a staff, we play a role in advancing these commitments in all facets of our work. To this end, we intend to:
