Robert Porco

A conductor of opera and of choral-and-orchestral works, Robert Porco has been the director of choruses for the Cleveland Orchestra since 1998, and has directed the Cincinnati May Festival Chorus since 1989. Porco teaches doctorate-level conducting as an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, Bloomington, IN, where he acted as chair of the choral department from 1980–98. He served as a Center music panelist in 2011 and a music LOI panelist in 2012.
