Miranda Lash is the curator of contemporary art at the Speed Art Museum in Louisville, KY. Since 2014, she has spearheaded the Speed’s program of contemporary exhibitions, site specific commissions, and acquisitions. Her 2017 exhibition Southern Accent: Seeking the American South in Contemporary Art, co-organized with Trevor Schoonmaker, garnered praise from The New York Times, Hyperallergic, and the Oxford American. Her upcoming solo exhibition Keltie Ferris: *O*P*E*N* will debut in October 2018. From 2008–14, Lash was the founding curator of modern and contemporary art at the New Orleans Museum of Art, where she curated over twenty exhibitions. Lash presented several artists’ first solo exhibitions in the US, including Venice Biennale Silver Lion awardee Camille Henrot in Camille Henrot: Cities of Ys (2013). In 2018, Lash served as a Center LOI panelist in Exhibitions & Public Interpretation.
