Jesse Mintz-Roth is senior advisor for transportation improvements at the New York City Department of City Planning, where he advises the city's $1 billion Neighborhood Development Fund on capital transportation infrastructure investments, to support neighborhoods being rezoned for mandatory inclusionary affordable housing. Until mid-2016, he was senior project manager in research, implementation, and safety at the New York City Department of Transportation. Mintz-Roth’s recent projects include Fourth Avenue in Sunset Park and Park Slope, Brooklyn; Myrtle-Wyckoff Plaza in Bushwick, Brooklyn; Ridgewood, Queens; and Upper Broadway in Hamilton Heights, Manhattan. He received an MA in urban planning from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a BA in public policy and geography from The University of Chicago. In 2017, Mintz-Roth served as an LOI panelist in Exhibitions & Public Interpretation.
