C. Spencer Yeh is recognized for his interdisciplinary activities and collaborations as an artist and composer, as well as his music project Burning Star Core. His work has recently been presented at the Liverpool Biennial, The Museum of Modern Art, Performa 13, The Kitchen, ICA Philadelphia, and D-CAF in Cairo. Yeh also collaborated with Triple Canopy for their contribution to the Whitney Biennial in 2014. Solo Voice I-X, his first record focused solely on the voice, was recently published by Primary Information. Other recent recorded works include Ambient (with Robert Piotrowicz), 1975 (as C. Spencer Yeh), Transitions (as CS Yeh), and Wake Up Awesome, a collaboration with Okkyung Lee and Lasse Marhaug on the Software label. Yeh recently co-organized and coordinated Spectacle Theater's residency as part of the Museum of Arts and Design's NYC Makers: A MAD Biennial. He is a contributing editor to BOMB Magazine, and contributes writing to Personal Best, Third Rail Quarterly, and others. Yeh served as an LOI panelist in Performance in 2015.
