Jeanne Ruddy Dance was a Philadelphia-based dance company established in 1998 by Jeanne Ruddy, a former principal dancer with the Martha Graham Company. Presenting the work of Ruddy and leading contemporary choreographers, the company performed works by Suzanne Linke, Jane Comfort, Robert Battle, and others over the course of its 12-year history. Jeanne Ruddy also founded The Performance Garage, a community dance center that continues to provide rehearsal space, professional dance training, and a performance venue to the Philadelphia dance community.
