Architect and Pew Fellow Brian Phillips presents an exhibition for Rowhouse Workshop, a project surveying the physical and social histories embedded in Philadelphia’s row houses. The interactive exhibition leads visitors through a series of block installations and provides a window into the life of four participating rowhouse blocks through songs, recipes, photos, and videos. A series of digital and physical media offered by Rowhouse Workshop participants is showcased in totems fabricated by local Philadelphia teenagers through fabrication partner Tiny WPA’s community building program. An opening reception will be held at Cherry Street Pier on June 7, 5–8 p.m.
