In conjunction with the Women’s Mobile Museum exhibition at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA), Philadelphia Photo Arts Center holds a panel discussion on its Women’s Mobile Museum apprenticeship for ten Philadelphia women artists. Panelists will detail their experiences working with South African photographer Zanele Muholi and speak to the project’s aspirations “to break down economic, racial, and social barriers while challenging the lack of representation in the traditional art world,” describes Philadelphia Photo Arts Center.

Moderated by artist Andrea Walls, the panelists include Women’s Mobile Museum artists Danielle Morris and Shana Roberts; project psychologist Dr. Kathleen Walls, Psy.D.; and project coordinator Lori Waselchuk.
