WHYY and First Person Arts present Sincerely Philadelphia: A Letter to Our New President as part of the collaborative project Commonspace. Featuring Philadelphia Poet Laureate and Pew Fellow Yolanda Wisher and poet Denice Frohman, the storytelling event provides a platform for sharing how current events impact daily life. Audience members will be invited to voice their thoughts and share their dreams for the future at on-site recording stations.

For Commonspace, WHYY and First Person Arts will partner to create a series of public radio broadcasts, live arts experiences, and community events that contextualize and connect current events to daily life. This content will form the basis for a 24-month broadcast program, including a weekly podcast, a bi-monthly 30-minute radio segment, and a series of 40 short radio segments, to air weekly on WHYY-FM's local Morning Edition, All Things Considered, and NewsWorks Tonight.
