The Pursuit Film Screening at the Mumbai International Queer Film Festival

The Pursuit: 50 Years in the Fight for LGBT Rights, a documentary film produced with Center support by WHYY and Independence Visitor Center Corporation, will be screened at the 2017 Mumbai International Queer Film Festival. The film, created by filmmaker Ilana Trachtmen, illuminates the 50-year history of the LGBTQ civil rights movement and highlights the powerful experiences of Gay Rights movement pioneers with interviews, archival images, and footage of leading LGBTQ figures.
