As part of the ongoing project Philadelphia Real Book Concerts - New Music in Jazz and Blues, Jazz Bridge presents the second of four concerts celebrating the region's rich jazz heritage. The concert will feature performances by two musical duos: saxophonist Jimmy Heath and his brother, drummer Tootie Heath, and trumpeters and brothers Duane Eubanks and Robin Eubanks. A conversation on the sustainability of jazz communities and generational jazz families will be held during intermission.

The Philadelphia Real Book Concerts are inspired by Jazz Bridge's Philadelphia Real Book—the first published collection of compositions by the city's jazz artists. The project aims to stimulate a local jazz renaissance by presenting performances by jazz legends alongside regional musicians.
