To acquaint Philadelphia dancers with Trisha Brown's explorations, a series of free classes and workshops will be offered at area Universities and art spaces. Classes will be led by Wendy Perron, former dancer with Trisha Brown Dance Company, as well as a master class led by current members of Trisha Brown Dance Company.

Funded by The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage, In the New Body charts three stages of Brown's prolific career, beginning with performances at the Barnes Foundation and continuing with performances at Bryn Mawr College and the Pennsylvania Ballet. The Ballet will present Brown's O Zlozony/O Composite (2004), becoming the first United States ballet company to perform her choreography.
