New Paradise Laboratories (NPL) continues its Center-funded investigation into improvisational structures, audience interactivity, and games of chance with a group of international practitioners through the ongoing project An Investigation of Contingency and the Uses of Data Streams.

On December 9, NPL will present an open salon of their upcoming work The End of the Way It Was, which utilizes devised theater techniques to offer a playful look at how chance and probability influence our lives. This experimental work features data-sourced music by Pew Fellow Bhob Rainey and Speculative Realism models by software designer Elie Ayache.

This event is free. Please RSVP to kc@newparadiselaboratories.org.
