To coincide with Bryn Mawr College’s ear-whispered: works by Tania El Khoury, the college will host “Reflections on Syria,” a conversation in partnership with Al-Bustan Seeds of Culture and Slought. The public discussion focuses on the human cost of conflict and the role of art in catalyzing urgency, with guest speakers Tania El Khoury, political science professor Samer Abboud, refugee resettlement worker Mohammed Al-Juboori, artist collaborator Kinana Issa, and musicians Hafex Kotain and Jay Fluellen.
