MacArthur Fellow and Tony Award-winning choreographer Bill T. Jones leads an ensemble of 10 members of the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company and 60 Philadelphia-based participants through an immersive performance exploring the relationships between the individual and the larger community.

Building on a series of residencies, the company is collaborating with local participants to create a Philadelphia-centric production that reflects the diversity of the city. Performed in the round, the piece begins with a solo by Jones deconstructing Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech, then expands to incorporate company dancers and eventually all 60 community participants.
