crazy beautiful

Choreographer and Pew Fellow Tania Isaac (2011) presents an iteration of her Center-funded discovery project open notebook: crazy beautiful. Based on her “open notebook” research format in which she documents her creative process through sound, photographs, videos, and writing, the new work is a performance-as-installation, which transforms the space into a laboratory for investigation. For the performance of crazy beautiful at FringeArts, Isaac will present a solo movement drama that combines personal documentary and social commentary in a participatory environment.
