Asian Arts Initiative hosts a talk featuring artists and community activists Rick Lowe, Emily Chow Bluck, and Aletheia Shin—the team behind the ongoing Center-funded Consumption: A Project on Pearl Street conceived by Rick Lowe.
Consumption was initiated by Rick Lowe as part of a residency and exhibition project hosted by Asian Arts Initiative from January 2014– October 2015. In this conversation, the artists will reflect on and discuss their experiences during their Pearl Street residencies.
